Wake AI by Candlefish is a private, single-user assistant operated by Candlefish for the account owner. This policy explains what Google data it accesses and how that data is used.
With the owner's authorization, Wake AI accesses the owner's own Google Workspace data through the Google Workspace APIs: Gmail messages, Google Calendar events, Google Drive files, and Google Chat messages.
Solely to provide the owner's assistant features — searching, summarizing, recalling, and preparing — and, only on the owner's explicit request, drafting or sending mail and creating or updating calendar events. Wake AI does not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to providing these features to the owner.
Wake AI stores the owner's own content and derived search indexes on infrastructure the owner controls, used only to serve the owner's requests. Access tokens are held securely and are never shared.
We do not sell the owner's data and do not share it with any third party for advertising or any unrelated purpose.
Wake AI's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The owner can revoke Wake AI's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To request deletion of any stored data, contact patrick@candlefish.ai.
