Wake AI by Candlefish

Wake AI is a private, single-user assistant built by Candlefish for its owner. It connects to the owner's own Google Workspace so he can search, recall, summarize, and act across his email, calendar, files, and chats from one place.

What Wake AI does with Google data

Wake AI requests access to the owner's own Google account so it can answer questions and take actions on the owner's explicit request:

Gmail — read and search the owner's mail to answer questions and surface what needs attention, and draft or send replies only when the owner explicitly asks.
Google Calendar — read and manage the owner's events to prepare for meetings, find open time, and create or update events on request.
Google Drive — read and organize the owner's files so they are searchable alongside everything else.
Google Chat — read the owner's spaces and messages to summarize threads and surface context.

Who it is for

Wake AI is operated by and for one person — the account owner. It is not a multi-user product, it does not sell data, and it does not share data with third parties for advertising. It accesses Google data solely to provide the assistant features above, at the owner's direction.

Your data, your control
